For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Personalised or custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refund Process
Once your return has been received and carefully inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
