Shipping & Delivery

At La Maison Nicolina Jewellery, we understand how special it is to receive a new piece of jewellery. Every order is carefully prepared, beautifully packaged, and shipped with trusted delivery services to ensure it arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking details so you can easily follow your parcel.

 

 

Shipping & Delivery Time

All orders are shipped via PostNL or DHL with Track & Trace, allowing safe delivery directly to your mailbox without the need to stay at home. We currently ship within Europe. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and local postal services.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout:

Netherlands: €4.25

Belgium & Germany: from €9.50

Rest of Europe: from €10.50

 

 

 Support / Issues

We kindly ask you to double-check your shipping address at checkout to avoid delays. If your parcel appears to be lost or if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email, including clear photos of the item and packaging. We will be happy to assist you and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

 

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost or arrives damaged during transit, La Maison Nicolina Jewellery takes full responsibility for your order. In such cases, we will offer a replacement or a full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

We are responsible for your order until it has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order, as we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
